Carr, age 61, of Rome, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Terri was born in Monaca, PA on August 23, 1960 to the late Janice I. Steward and Walter F. Duncan (stepfather). Terri, was a homemaker who loved taking care of her grandchildren and spending precious time with family. When she wasn't cleaning, cooking, or chasing children, she enjoyed lighthouses, the beach and day-time TV. Terri is survived by her loving companion, Dale; her children, Jennifer Lauck, Janelle King, Richard (Samantha) Carr, Chanelle (Andrew) Pelton, Brandon (Diane) Beatty, and Marcus (Marisa) Beatty; her step-sons, Jonathan (Kalenna) Beatty, and Dale Beatty Jr.; 19 grandchildren; her sister, Kelli (James) Lutz; her brothers, Michael (Diana) Duncan, and David Duncan; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, James Duncan. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
