Pugh, age 82, of Rome, passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2021. Sonya was born in Yorkville on January 20, 1938 to the late Irving and Lorraine Hazelton Seidel and educated in the Richfield Springs Schools.  Sonya was united in marriage to Wesley Pugh; a blessed union until his passing on November 3, 2017. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafting and painting. Sonya is survived by her two daughters, Debra (David Borgia) Morat of Lakeport, and Lori (Morgan) Noone of Rome; a son, Scott (Shelley West) Pugh of Hannacroix, NY; five grandchildren; two great grandchildrens; and two sisters, Nancy Hugick and Synthia (Lee) Foster. She was predeceased by two brothers, Rudy Seidel and Kenneth Ames, Jr. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
