Jones, age 55, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly at home on December 20, 2022. Scott was born in Rome on December 16, 1967 to the late Francis Jr. and Arleen Facchino Jones, and graduated from Rome Free Academy. He worked alongside his sister and brother-in-law at KDK Sports in Rome. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid NY Giants fan. Scott is survived by his sister, Linda (Frank) Conover of Rome; his brother, Greg Jones of Rome; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kelly (Rocco Ambrose), Danielle, and Dusty; great nieces and nephews, Rocky, Brody, Giulianna, and Jaylenne; two aunts, Eleanor Ferlo and Patricia (Emmett) Hobbs; a sister-in-law, Betty Jones; and a special friend, Christine Rudd. He was predeceased by a brother, Brad Jones; and a nephew, Brad Jones, Jr. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
