Sullivan, age 78, of Rome passed away peacefully on March 13, 2021. She was born September 28, 1942, in Herkimer, a daughter of Ora “Norma” I. Harper.  Sandra was united in marriage to Richard J. Sullivan, on January 17, 1975; and managed the medical office of her husband for 30 years.  Sandra loved and was deeply loved by her family.  She was the kindest person we knew, and brought happiness to all who ever met her.  She enjoyed laughing with her friends and family, Scrabble and the Boston Red Sox.  She also loved and is being missed by her 2 small poodles, Buddy and Cookie. Sandra is survived by her husband, Richard, daughter, Shelly Kingsbury, grandchildren, Ryan Proulx and Katelyn Fenton, all of Rome; son, John and Michelle Sullivan of Sunnyvale, CA, son Christopher Sullivan and grandsons, Finn and Murray Sullivan of Rockport, MA.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Holly Sullivan, mother, Ora Harper, and stepfather, Roger Harper. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
