View Tribute Book Sandra Jean Nagy, age 82, of Rome, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020, at Rome Memorial Hospital. Sandra was born in New York Mills on April 15, 1938 to the late Edward and Gladys Vosbury Roberts, and graduated from New York Mills High School. She worked for several years at the Rome State School, and then at Burlington Coat Factory. She was united in marriage to Louis Nagy. She enjoyed doing word puzzles, taking long rides in the country and enjoying time spent with her family.   Sandra is survived by her four sons, Bill (Tammy) Verro, David Verro, Mark Verro all of Rome, and Ed (Kathleen) Verro of Tampa, FL; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; and a sister, Janice (Ed) Gorecki. She was predeceased by a grandson, David Currier; and a brother, Ronald Roberts. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
