Jones, age 80, of Rome, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2021.He was born August 10, 1941, in Rome, a son of the late Harold and Mary Regner Jones, and was educated in Washington Mills Schools.  Roderick was employed by the Rome Department of Public Works, retiring after 34 years of service.  He was of the Methodist faith.Roderick is survived by a sister, Mary Lou Hall of Rome.  He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Phillips, and a brother, Robert H. Jones.Funeral services will be private.There are no calling hours.Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
