Raymond G. "Bud" Dilling, age 70, of East Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2018 at Rome Memorial Hospital.
Bud was born in Syracuse on February 20, 1948 to the late Raymond and Ruth Phillips Dilling, and he graduated from North Syracuse High School. On February 12, 1994, he was united in marriage to the former Gina Bourque in Syracuse. Bud worked as a maintenance man at the James Square Nursing Facility and was also a self-employed painter.
Bud was a handyman and could fix just about anything.
Bud is survived by his wife, Gina; two daughters, Angelina Podolak of Binghamton, NY, and Jessica Dilling of Syracuse; and his mother in law, Frances Bourque of Syracuse.
Funeral services will be private.
There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street, Rome.
