Norman J. Cable, age 71 of Taberg, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Oneida ECF after a long illness.

He was born April 6, 1955, to Norman K. and Alma M. Rapke Cable, and graduated from Camden High School with the class of 1973. He worked various jobs after high school. His favorite one was working on the family farm and helping with the cattle. Norman would work long and hard on the farm, first helping his grandparents and then his dad. Norm liked a challenge and if someone needed help, he was always looking to find an answer to the problem.

Norm is survived by his daughter, Trisha (Joe) Bordage; his two granddaughters, Alyssa and Natalee; his significant other, Kathleen Anderson; his brother, Gene (Lynn) Hardy; his sisters, Marilyn Theriault and Elaine (Larry) Fox; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his family, he leaves behind his little friend, Ansleigh Flemings. He was predeceased by his parents, Norman K. (1992) and Alma M. (Jan 2026), his brother, Leslie Hardy (2023), and his brother-in-law, Paul Theriault (2021).

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 12 PM, at Lee Valley Cemetery, Lee Center.
