View Tribute Book Marjorie Jean  Miller, age 69, of Blossvale, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2021, at Rome Health, with her loving family at her side.She was born November 29, 1952, in Oneida, a daughter of the late Robert and Erma Smith Lawrence, and graduated from Canastota schools.  Marjorie was united in marriage to Michael C. Miller, on February 26, 1971, a blessed marriage of 50 years.   She formerly worked as a manager at Freihofer’s, and in the payroll department at the Former Rome Cable Corp.Marjorie enjoyed working around her home.  She also was a talented wood worker, from crafting cabinetry to helping her husband build and addition on his automotive workshop.Marjorie is survived by her husband Michael Sr.; a daughter, Stacy of Blossvale and a son, Michael C. Miller, Jr. of Blossvale; five brothers, Albert, Ted, Richard, Fritz and James Lawrence; and grandchildren, Michael Miller III, Corey Conley and William Carey.A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 11 AM to 4:30 PM at the Canastota VFW, 3835 Canal Rd, Canastota, NY 13032.Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
