Wickham, age 80, of Rome, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2020, at Bethany Gardens She was born September 21, 1940, in Malone, NY, a daughter of the late Leo, Sr., and Antoinette St Onge Russell, and graduated from Malone schools.  Loretta was married to Marvin Wickham.  She worked as a Nurse’s Aide for many years at Rome Memorial Hospital. Loretta is survived by two daughters, Sue and Otis Wickham of Rome, and Sheila and Dale Ball of Verona; two sisters, Jeanie and Rand Oaster of Florida and Joanie McDonald of North Bangor, NY; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband, Marvin; a son, Bernard R. Abair; three brothers, Leo, Howard and Francis; two sisters, Laura and Theresa; two brothers in law, Earl Lord and Thomas McDonald; and a sister in law, Orpha Russell. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 West Chestnut Street. Please offer online tributes or light a candle at: www.BarryFuneralHome.com .
