Leona K. Wagner, age 70, of the Town of Vienna, passed away peacefully at home on August 5, 2016, with her loving family at her side.
She was born August 14, 1945, in Rome, a daughter of the late Charles and Arlene Treen Streiff, and educated in Rome schools. Leona was united in marriage to James Wagner on July 4, 1963 at the Delta Methodist Church; he died on September 20, 2000.
Leona is survived by three daughters and sons in law, Lisa and David Lahti of Newmarket, NH, Valerie and Brad Finster of Ava, and Rose and Dennis Seaton of Boonville; a son, Matthew Wagner of Vienna; a brother, John "Jack" Streiff of Lee Center; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Douglas.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Contributions in memory of Leona may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
