Kristi L. Cianfrano, age 35, of Rome, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 10, 2016.
Kristi was born in Rome on December 15, 1980 to Daniel and Barbara Halupka Colmey. She graduated from Rome Free Academy in 1999 and received her nursing degree from MVCC. She worked as a RN for New York State for 14 years. On March 6, 2004 she was united in marriage to Jason Cianfrano.
Kristi was a devoted wife and mother. Her family, along with her their two golden retrievers, were the focus of her life.
Kristi is survived by her loving husband, Jason; her three sons, Alexander, Aaron and Evan; her mother and step father, Barbara and Alan Smolinski of Westernville; a sister, Jacquelyn Colmey; a brother, Robert Smolinski and his girlfriend, Leeann Kiskiel; and three nieces, Sophia and Olivia Donovan and Natalie Smolinski. She was predeceased by her father, Daniel.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street at 11 AM. Burial will be in Lee Valley Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM.
