View Tribute Book Kimberly Jean (Ott) Hines, age 57, of Rome passed away on August 31, 2022, at Rome Hospital.Kim was born in New Hartford on January 1, 1965 to the late James (Mary) Ott and Lillian (Harry) Hallenbeck.  She was united in marriage to Wayne Hines. Kim retired from the CSEA/DDSO after 33 years of service. Her whole world revolved around her children and grandchildren.Kim is survived by her loving husband, Wayne; her children, Carrie (Douglas) Day, Jason Bailey, and David (Kristen Mains) Hines; her stepson, Wayne (Chelsea) Hines; her grandchildren, Jesse Vanetten, Riley, Ariel, Hunter, and Kennedy Bailey, and Owen, Brayden, and Mikenna Hines; her siblings, Tim Ott, Mike (Gina) Ott, Ronnie (Gina Vaughn) Ott, Patty Peterson, Linda Ott, Jeff (Jenn) Ott, and Joe (Liz) Ott; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and friends. She was predeceased by her siblings, Robert, Donald, Fran, and James Jr.A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 4 to 7 PM, at the Ukrainian Club, 208 Canal Street, Rome.Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
