Joshua Allen Kimball died peacefully at Rome Memorial hospital, on Tuesday April 20, 2010. Josh had made his home at the Walsh ICF since 1997. He had a thirst for learning and especially enjoyed geography, cooking, wrestling and a challenging game of Scrabble
Josh is survived by his mother, Cindy Kimball; his father, Richard Kimball, a brother, Michael; and many staff with whom he had a special bond, especially his friend, Mary Burdick. He was predeceased by a brother, David Scott.
The funeral service will be held Friday at 2:30 PM, at Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday 1:30 to 2:30 PM, prior to the funeral service.
Joshua's mother would like to extend her thanks to the staff of "Walsh" for the loving care they have given her son over the years.
