Jennifer A. Weaver, 56, of Verona, passed away on December 6, 2015 at her home, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side.
Jennifer was born on October 3, 1959 in Ohio to Charles Jr. and Roberta Warren Baker. She was united in marriage to Willard J. Weaver, Jr. on November 19, 1977, with whom she shared 29 wonderful years with. She worked at Quik and Easy in Westernville.
She was blessed with friends from every walk of life. Above all else, she was a proud and loving mother and grandmother who always took great pride in protecting and raising her family.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Willard J. Weaver III, Joshua C. (Amy) Weaver, Janel A. (Gary) Turner, and Jillian M. (Patrick) Mierek; grandchildren, Desiary Fogelman, Guy Turner, Gavin Turner, Riley Mierek, Megan Mierek, Travis Weaver, and Logan Weaver; a great granddaughter, Noella Colon; her parents, Charles Jr. and Roberta Baker; and her siblings, Christine Cook, Andrew Baker, Pamela Baker, Leslie Clayton, Patrina Rogers and Jessica West. She was predeceased by a daughter, Victoria Weaver.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, with the Rev. Edmund Castronovo officiating. Burial will be private.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM.
