Ginena Dulley Wills, age 77, passed away peacefully July 21, 2016, at her summer home in Old Forge, with her family at her side.

She was born January 3, 1939, in Eugene, Oregon, a daughter of the late Alton and Ethel Bartle Dulley. In July of 2001, Ginena married Dr. John Edward Nuessle in New York City; he died June 4, 2016.

Ginena Dulley Wills served as President of the Board of Directors for Rural and Migrant Ministry of the State of New York. She has previously served The United Methodist Church as both a volunteer and a General Church staff member, directing the denomination's World Hunger Program for the United Methodist Committee on Relief in New York and Washington, DC, as well as the Travel Study Seminar program of mission education for the General Board of Global Ministries. Additionally, she worked for the World Student Christian Federation in the North American Region. Ginena held offices in the United Methodist Women, including President of the Northeastern Jurisdiction Mission Team, and as a Director of the Women's Division and the General Board of Global Ministries. She resided in New York City and Old Forge, NY.

She was predeceased by her husband The Rev. Dr. John E. Nuessle. Survivors include her sons, Marc (Jennifer) of Orchard Park, NY, Matt (Katie) of St. Petersburg, FL, grandchildren Andrew Wills, Jacob Wills, Quinn Wills and Alex Wills.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 2:00 PM, at the Big Moose Community Chapel, 1544 Big Moose Road, Eagle Bay, NY.
