Henderson, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2022.She was born July 14, 1925, in Rome, a daughter of the late Charles B. and Evelyn Schibel Kasby, and educated in Rome Schools.  Frances was united in marriage to William C. Henderson on May 1, 1946, in Scranton, PA; he died in 1988.  She worked at Williams Knitting Mill, Rome Cable, White Laundry and retired from the Rome City School District as Cafeteria Manager.  She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Lee Center.Frances is survived by her children, Charles Henderson of San Antonio, TX, Kathleen Henderson of Rome, Mark and Linda Henderson of Lake Wylie, SC, step-son, William and Barbara Henderson of Rome, adopted son, Lee Martinez of San Antonio, Tx; a sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Paul Pileckas of Rome.  She was predeceased by two sons, Gary and Jefferey Henderson, a sister, Harriet Belius, and brother, Charles “Bernie” Kasby.A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated today at St. Joseph’s Church.  Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
