Evelyn M. White, age 63, of Westmoreland, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 2, 2016.
Evelyn was born in Rome on January 12, 1953 to the late Frank and Evelyn Williams Cimo. She attended the Rome Schools. On October 18, 1985, she was united in marriage to Mahlon "Chief" White; a blessed union of 30 years.
Evelyn enjoyed working with ceramics and was an avid reader. She had a love for beaches and sunsets. She was a member of both the Smith Post and Steczko Post Ladies Auxiliary.
Evelyn is survived by her loving husband, Mahlon; a daughter, Tina; step children, Jennifer and Brett White; a sister and brother in law, Terry and Thomas DePasquale of Verona; and a brother and sister in law, Frank Jr. and Deb Cimo of Ilion. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Jennifer.
Funeral services will be held at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street, on Friday at 3 PM. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in the spring.
There are no calling hours.
