Driscoll, age 59, of Rome, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at MVHS-St. Elizabeth's Campus.Doug was born in Oneida on February 4, 1964 to  William Driscoll, Jr. and Lorna Robinson West. He was educated in the Oneida Schools and received his associate's degree in accounting from SUNY IT. Doug drove bus for Birnie Bus and afterwards, was a taxi driver.Doug is survived by his daughters, Kristy (Shawn) Lambert of Erie, PA, and Tiffany Erb of Oneida; grandchildren, Shane Dietrich, Jr., Rasheen Boga, Jr., and Austin and Justin Erb; his father, William Driscoll Jr.; brothers, Kenneth (Jane) Driscoll, Jeff (Annette Goodell) Driscoll, Eric (Jennifer) Driscoll, and Robert Driscoll; step-mother, Cynthia Driscoll; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Lorna; and brother, William J. Driscoll, III.Relatives and friends may call at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
