Clark, age 72, of Rome, passed away peacefully at home on February 8, 2021.She was born in Rome to Frank and Phyllis Heilig Clark and graduated from Rome free Academy in the Class of 1966. She was formerly married to William “Bill” Rizio, whom passed away in 2011. Donna worked for Oneida County in the Temporary Assistance Department, retiring after many years of service.Donna was an avid Yankees fan and was fond of St. Jude.Donna is survived by her two daughters, Lauri Rizio, and Michele Rossi, both of Rome; a grandson, Nicholas Rossi; her mother, Phyllis; two brothers, Craig (Paulette) Clark, and Dennis Clark; her grand dog, Sally; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Frank.In keeping with Donna’s wishes there will be no services.Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
