Deborah L. Stanton, 62, passed away after a brief illness Saturday, January 18th, 2025.
She was born on November 24th, 1962, in Utica, a daughter of David and Marion Reed. Deborah was raised in Rome and attended the local schools, proceeded to MVCC in Rome, and finished with a bachelor's degree in freshwater fishery at SUNY Brockport.

Deborah married Robert E. Stanton Jr. on October 22nd, 1988, in Rome. She is predeceased by her father, David Reed; and survived by her mother, Marion Reed. Deb is also survived by her husband; her daughter, Katherine M. Stanton-Pawlikowski (daughter-in-law, Allie Pawlikowski, and her two grandchildren Roosevelt and Fiona Pawlikowski); her son, Robert E.
