Constance S. "Kazek" S. Gadz

Constance S. Gadz, age 89, a resident of Rome Memorial Hospital Residential Care Facility, and formerly of Healy Avenue, passed away January 12, 2014.
She was born May 12, 1924, in Boonville, a daughter of the late John and Stephanie Kockolik Kazek and educated in Boonville schools. Constance was united in marriage to William Gadz on October 1957, in St. Michael's Ukrainian Church; he died September 3, 2005. She was a member of St. Michael's Ukrainian Church.
Constance is survived by a daughter, Diane Iannone of Rome; a sister, Sally Cronizer of Boonville; grandchildren, Antonio Iannone and Gina Iannone and Real Danbois II; and great grandchildren, Real III, Daniella and Isabella. She was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian and Nasuta, and a brother, Matthew.
The funeral service will be held Thursday at 4:00 PM at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street. Burial will be in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home, Thursday 2 to 4 PM, prior to the funeral service.
