Lofstedt, age 71, of Rome, passed away December 21, 2020, in Upstate Medical Hospital. She was born May 3, 1949, in Rome, a daughter of the late Francis W. and Marion L. Moore White, and graduated from Holland Patent Central School.  Charlene was united in marriage to Kenneth Lofstedt on June 19, 1993, in Stuart, FL.  She worked for many years at Bonide Products in Oriskany. Charlene is survived by her husband, Kenneth; two daughters and a son in law, Tammie and Brad Aldrich of Rome, and Kathryn Higgins and her fiancé, Bob Medeiros of Sauquoit; a son and daughter in law, Royal and Chrissy Westcott of Floyd; a brother, Richard White of Rome; 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Wallace and a brother, Francis White. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM, at Barry Funeral Home, 807 W.
