Betty Jean Jefferies, age 70, of Brooksville, FL, and formerly of Westernville, passed away peacefully May 17, 20011, at HPH Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL, with her loving family at her side.
She was employed as a rehabilitation assistant for the Rome CNYDSO, retiring years ago.
Betty is survived by her husband of 51 years, Northam "Norm" Jefferies; a daughter, Deborah Sue Dittl of Brooksville, FL; six grandchildren, Beau, Heather, Tiffany, Brandon, Tonya and Erica; and three great grandchildren, Eathan, Kayla and Danica.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 10, 2001, at 12 Noon at Westernville Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
